Do you smell something?
Dona : Do you smell something?
Mary : Yes, a strange smell. Maybe from that rubbish bin. Let’s check.
Dona : Hopefully we know the source of the smell soon.
Mary : Yes, there’s a dead fish here. Someone from that house might have thrown it here.
Dona : Do we need to move it?
Mary : I think so; because / as / since this afternoon there will be a meeting around here.
Dona : How if we throw it to the river?
Mary : No. (It’s) better (if) we bury (it) in that garden.
Dona : Why?
Mary : The dead fish can cause diseases to the people around the river.
Dona : And if we bury it?
Mary : The smell of the fish will be localized. No flies will spread the diseases.
Dona : Do we have tools to bury it?
Mary : We can borrow them from my father.
