What kind of food do you avoid eating?

A : That’s the problem. I love all over on cooking with coconut milk and also fried food. As far
as I know, coconut milk contains saturated fatty acid. It might increase my weight.
B : Ha ha …yes! Cooking with coconut milk gives better flavor anda taste! But it can be
harmful if you consume it excessively. You had better consume it in moderation. How about boiled
or steamed food?
A : Well,….I don’t really like them. It will be hard for me. But no pain, no gain. So I must control
