A     : What motivates you to apply for this position?

B     : Actually I want to develop my skill, my career, and also to get self actualization.

A     : Alright. How long had you been working at your previous job before you quit?

B     : I had been working there for 3 and half years before finally I decided to quit.

A     : Why did you quit?

B     : Because I didn’t get chance to promote myself. And I do a monotonous job there.

A     : What do you expect yourself for the next 3 years?

B     : I should have been a manager.

A     : What do you consider as your best trait?

B     : I’m hard working, a team player, and a great motivator.

A     : And ….your weakness?

B     : Rather workaholic, sometimes I spend too much on working.

A     : Do you have any health problems?

B     : No I don’t.

A : Excuse me, I’m from Side by Side TV channel. Can I have a few minutes for an interview?
B : Sure, with pleasure!
A : Congratulation! It was quite an achievement!
B : Thank you very much.
A : How do you feel about winning this prestigious dancing competition?
B : Wow…..unbelievable! I’m surprised, proud and touched at once.
A : When was the first you were interested in dancing?
B : When I was 5 years old. My mom took me to a live dance show.And I started to love it.
A : Do you take special dancing course or do you just do self-learning to sharpen your talent?
B : Well, I do both of them. I also learn from some prominent dancers.
A : Do you also learn about music?
B : I learn traditional musical instrument to support my skill.
A : What was the hardest thing in your career?
B : When I had to convince my parents about my career choise.
A : How do you see about dancing?
B : Dancing is like my soul. I feel completely satisfied by dancing.
